REFORM OF ELECTORAL LAWS 3 Mar 10 ·The Technical Committee on the review and finalisation of the Elections laws will hold a 2 day consultative meeting on3rd to 6th March 2010 to finalise discussions on the Draft Elections Bill 2009 and review the draft Electoral Commission of Kenya Bill in light of the proposed draft Harmonised Constitution on 3rd to 6th March 2010.Regulations for the upcoming Referendum will also be discussed.
